No. Kaapidesk works alongside your POS. At closing, the day’s POS sales are entered and Kaapidesk reconciles them against cash, UPI, card and online orders to show any shortage or excess.

### Do my staff need to install an app?
No. Kaapidesk opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app on Android and iPhone. Attendance uses the phone camera and location.

### Can I manage multiple outlets or brands?
Yes. Each outlet has its own opening hours, checklists and geofence. Managers and supervisors see only the outlets they look after; owners see all of them on one dashboard.

### How do the checklists work?
You create tasks with sub-tasks and assign each to a person. They can repeat in the morning, evening or night, or weekly to yearly. Staff mark them done — with a photo when required — and a supervisor, manager or owner checks the work or sends it back with a reason. Every checklist gets a score.

### Is our data secure?
Each business’s data is kept separate, and every screen checks who is allowed to see it. Staff never see salaries, and only owners and admins see cash closing and payroll.
